But this is just something I’m gathering resources for, mainly because it’s in my mind and I find I have to exhaust ideas when I have them. Still not sure what to do about 6-Commando, if anything. But this is a short-haul civilian spaceship – those of you who played Subspace in the old days may see a resemblance to the bomber. But this ship is not armed so it’s purely for getting around in.
Glad to know you’re still hanging in there, I do occasionally drop in to reread 6-Commando and see if anything new drops in.
Thanks for saying so! I know that 6-Commando went on hold precipitously but it’s nice to know it remains, in its unfinished form, something people still come back to.
… I know real life takes precedence, but it’s nice to see that they’re still around.
Hopefully things improve so you can get back to penning this series.
6Commando kind of inspired me to work on a setting where the US has a stronger socialist presence, is allied with Imperial Germany, and is in a three-way cold war that extends into space.
Good to see you posting again! I occasionally reread 6 Commando for entertainment and inspiration for the games I run. I hope life treats you well and I look forward to seeing anything new you’re able to post.
